Some DAC history:
Just over one year ago Jansen and myself were members of a 2142 clan named SKS, the spirit in the clan was good and we enjoyed playing 2142 with our fellow clan members.

One day the clan leader just dissapeared and we were left out in the cold, then one Saturday afternoon at my house (one year ago) Jansen and myself were drinking a few beers and braaing some meat, when I said, F*** this lets start our own clan, and whala, DAC clan was born. We started the clan with 6 members, myself, Jansen, Org, DP, Pastei and Slaksous. Zonk joined soon after, from there we grew at a steady pace.

Now one year later were almost 40 members strong and the clan spirit has never been stronger.

I would like to thank all the members of DAC clan for their input and help through our first year, without the members there would never have been a clan and thanks for always being there and making time for your DAC friends.

I'm really looking forward to our second year as DAC clan and I'm really proud of what we have become and what we stand for - integrity, honor, friendship, loyalty and respect.

Make our second year a good one.

I would also like to announce that I would be resigning as DAC clan leader next year this time, so I'm looking for someone to take over the clan on the 1st of September next year.

I'm planning our pub escapade for Saturday 20th of September, on Jansen's birthday, then we can have a few beers and lunch or whatever tickles your fancy (harde hout) lol.

Org + wife
Deckard (I'm sure he wont miss it)
DP + girlfriend (Sure he'll be there)

Were checking out a pub this Saturday called "High flyers" pub, in Boksburg, very close to where I live, very nice place, will see if I can make a booking for us if they will allow it, otherwise we'll look at going to a Keg or something in that line.

I also want Qwaihd and wife to be there, so DAC can say farewell to him and his family, Qwaihd is leaving for the UK soon.
