We have 2 new members that has just started trial memberships, post your comments about them here please.

Student's trial membership has been cancelled and has been asked to leave DAC clan due to being banned by a SGS admin for swearing on one of the SGS servers. He broke rules 1,5,8,11 and 14 of the DAC clan code of conduct, this is unacceptable behaviour especially coming from a "trial member".

Hey guys. I understand that DAC has rules, and that this is a respectable clan,
i even admire the way it is run, and the way the people stick to regulation.

But before you guys remove me from this clan, i explained my story to Will, and he told me to post it here for you guys to decide.

I was banned for 30 days off the SGS servers becouse i swore..
It wasnt in arguement with anyone,
It was merely a reply to someone, that my ****ing cat kept tripping my adsl wires,
so i kept timing out.

I was banned from the SGS servers BEFORE i joined the clan. So technically i never broke any rules as an trial member of DAC.
I would also like to add that since the new members are only selected for teams by January, that my ban will be past by then, so me playing for DAC would not be affected @ all.

Although Will says if he knew that, he woudnt have recruited me, he did. (hehe)


And Will told me to put my plea here, so that the voice of the people could decide wether i stay or go..

So thats my plea, I really like the way the clan is run so i'd really like 2 stay

I have no problems with Student staying...as he said..it happened before he joined DAC

ja i have no problem with that either as long as he wasnt wearing clan tags at the time just dont do it agen ;)

Lately I've become very despondent with the SGS Admins, so I'd go against anything they say as a matter of principal, however I really strongly disapprove of swearing in the chat section - That's what TS is for......

That way we know our audience.

Rules are rules and are not made to be broken. On the other hand Darren.....He was not a member when he broke the rules. Extend his probation and let's see if his behavior improves.....

Same here, if it was done before joining DAC.

Keep it clean, DAC has worked hard to get where we are.

Well, I think that if a potential player cheated or haxed or did something really STUPID! Then I think it should be put up for serious thought...we all swear from time to time so I think its just unfortunite that he got caught,exept if it was deliberate over the open server coms and directed at someone specific.

If the player is good and can definitly contribute to the future of the clan...then yeah I say give him a chance. If not, well better luck next time, but as far as Ive heard they are good players.

I think the Clan just need to be sure and be reassured that it will not happen again...ever again and that they will carry the name =DAC= with honor and be proud to be in the best Fuggin clan EVER! HUA!

So student you put that comment on and got banned right.

So which i'm assuming you have now been banned? for the next 30 days whcih ends sometime in dec.

So when you applied to the clan were you aware that you were going to be banned?

Well said Smaug. This would have been my exact response. Rules are Rules. If you want to be a proud member of =DAC= stick to them. If you dont..... expect my gremlins to give you a visit :ninja:

i agree with Smaugaroo. lets put him on probation
( let him wear that T tags if no improvment then steps should be taken)
for joining during a ban Is just stuped but then, we would not of noticed if he went for holiday in decemebr and came back january.. when his ban was lifted

student if i was you i would not even text on a open server really just use smilies
and if you need to swear just dont type it :P

Just tried joining an SGS server 1 day, and it sed.
you have been BANNED from this server by the admin.

nah i wasn wearin no tags, and NO, i learnt my lesson even..
DO U KNOW on average HOW HARD it can get, 2 join the ONLY IGAME PRO-MOD server??

Btw peeblings, i changed my ingame name 2 Raider. Coz the people keep thinking that its something 2 do with the fact that im a trial member for DAC.. Or that im a student somewhere
