BF2142 showing no local servers

I'm hoping someone has experienced this and can assist...

I logged onto BF2142 the other night and went into the multiplay view... where it showed me about 50 servers i've never heard of and showed me that they were all good latency.

Problem one... I can not join them as it gives me a punkbuster error. :shock:
Problem two... It never shows any local servers...

Firstly i thought that it may be a connection problem, but as i was about to start troubleshooting my Router, Playburn logged on and i could see him come online in BF2142, could even send him a message, which i got his reply...

Once he was in a game, i could use the friend box to join the server he was playing on...

Disable hax!! works for me

crap... i'm going to have to see if i can get it working by fluke....

I find the servers only show up if I have them added as favorites. If I remove them from favorites they then stop appearing in the "discovered" list.

The Punkbuster error is def hax!
